重庆永川生态湿地公园基地位于重庆市-永川区- 地处成渝地区双城经济圈发展主轴的中部，三环高速与长江黄金水道交汇处，是成渝城市群的重要节点。研究范围35平方公里，规划红线面积约 2 平方公里。
