On May 7, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the construction project of Bosideng Shanghai headquarters. This landmark project, located in Qingpu area of Hongqiao International Central Business District, will become Bosideng's global innovation research and development center, global talent development, and global brand operation center.
项目占地面积约2.1万平方米,总建筑面积达7.7万平方米,由双塔主楼、裙房及附属建筑群构成。设计上突破传统总部模式,将办公空间、商务配套、酒店式公寓及商业综合体有机整合,形成“产城融合”的多元生态圈。
The project covers an area of about 21,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 77,000 square meters. It is composed of the main building of the twin towers, the podium and the auxiliary buildings. The design breaks through the traditional headquarters model and organically integrates office space, business facilities, hotel apartments and commercial complexes to form a multi-ecosystem of "industry-city integration".
该项目由上海三益负责建筑方案设计,景观设计由美国BDAW倍道国际设计中标。基于其丰富的企业总部、产业园设计经验,从概念设计、深化设计到技术落地为项目提供全流程、多维度的专业支持和设计全周期服务,助力打造兼具全球化形象与产业生态的总部标杆。
The project was designed by Shanghai Sanyi for the architectural scheme, and the landscape design was designed by the United States BDAW International Design to win the bidding. Based on its rich experience in corporate headquarters and industrial park design, it provides full-process, multi-dimensional professional support and design full-cycle services for the project from concept design, deepening design to technical landing, helping to create a headquarters benchmark with both a global image and an industrial ecology.
方案以“羽宙”为核心设计理念,巧妙融入羽毛的灵动轻盈意象。外立面通过挺拔的竖向线条与材质光影变化,呈现科技感与温度感的平衡;内部空间围绕中央生态广场展开,以“生态环”串联办公、商业、公寓等功能区,实现人车分流的高效动线。整个总部园区呼应波司登“温暖全世界”的品牌理念,塑造极具标志性与未来感的总部新形象。
The scheme takes "Feather Universe" as its core design concept, ingeniously integrating the dynamic and lightweight imagery of feathers. In the facade design, the balance between a sense of technology and a sense of warmth is achieved through tall vertical lines and the light and shadow changes of materials. The internal space revolves around a central ecological square, with an "ecological ring" connecting functional areas such as offices, commercial spaces, and apartments to create an efficient traffic flow with separate pedestrian and vehicle routes. The entire headquarters park echoes Bosideng's brand philosophy of "Warming the World," shaping a highly iconic and futuristic new image for the headquarters.
